“Considering it. My archery skills might be a little rusty.”
“A skill like that but be similar to riding a bike. One you don’t easily forget.”

“A skill like that but be similar to riding a bike. One you don’t easily forget.”
“Really? How’s that going for you?”
“It’s okay. I read up a bit about them first, and I’m still going through the basics but I’m getting there.”
“You’ve been busy then, busier than me.”
“I don’t know, I don’t feel busy. What have you been up to?”
“It’s not that special the past.”
Klaire shrugged “History was always my favourite subject so it’s hard for me to imagine the past being.. not special.”
“I’m fine, but really how was it going – I’ve interrupted you it seems.”
“I’m getting there. I’ve been practising with guns a little as well.”
“I’m good – long time no see it seems, where have you been?”
“That’s good. Meh, I’ve been in the library a lot recently, and a bit of training as well.”
“I don’t sup-suppose anyone quite kno-knows what the word oh-okay means these day-days.” Tristan’s grin was sad; it did not meet his eyes nor did he know if the smile was just given at impulse. “Trista-Tristan. My name’s Tristan Be-Bellefleu-Bellefleur.”
"Yeah, I guess.” Klaire said acknowledging the recent events, looking at Tristan’s sad smile half wondering what had happening but not wanting to interfere either. “A pleasure to meet you, Tristan.”

“I asked for an explanation as to what you were doing — not a request to help me fall asleep.” Alaric sighed rather exasperatedly.
"Right.” Klaire said looking back at her books unsure of what to say to the man.
