“Right, Pride and Prejudice. I remembered reading that in school.” She nodded. “It’s been a while since I’ve read it. I wonder if there’s a copy in the library.”
“Well if you can’t find one, you could always borrow my copy.”
“It’s always nice to meet another Harry Potter fan.” She smiled at the warlock. Lena nodded at her words, she found it nice to talk with somebody that appreciates books as much as she did. “Do you have a favorite classic?”
“Definitely. It’s been a while since I last met a fellow fan as well.” Klaire replied smiling back before thinking “I think it would have to be Pride and Prejudice. I loved it straight from the beginning, I just think it’s brilliant.”
“The Harry Potter books are my absolute favorite!” She gushed, grinning at the mention of it. “Really? The writers must be suspecting us already.” Lena chuckled. “I agree, the classics are great but it’s always slow at first.”
“They’re my favourites as well! I love that series” Klaire grinned back at the vampire before laughing “That must be it. That’s true, the classics can take a while but it’s normally worth it.”
“That’s great, I’ve been trying to find good books but with the amount of books in the library, it’s hard to choose. And I haven’t exactly been up to date with what people are reading these days.”
“I agree, there are so many in the library to choose from. Oh well after Harry Potter and especially after Twilight vampires and the supernatural were in and insanely popular as a genre for ‘young adults’. I’m not entirely sure about adult fiction but personally I don’t think you can wrong with the classics.”
