“Nah, I should get up anyway … what’s up?”
“Nothing much” She shrugged “I was just feeling a bit lonely I guess.”

Dani quickly finished up stepping out of her bathroom in a towel, starting towards the wardrobe. “Sit anywhere, ignore Dimitri’s mess it’s always like that.”
Klaire nodded looking at Dimitri’s side of the room, it was completely trashed clothes everywhere but instead of taking up Dani’s side of the room she moved some of his clothes out of the way and sat down leaning against the wall.
Let’s start a club for survival-sense-less people.
All of those I met had been there for a few centuries. They make you feel so young.
Klaire grinned That will involve a lot of the shadowhunters you realise.
They do, not that I really felt all that old before. She waved her hand towards her face The face is a little deceptive.
“Uhm, —- The Fault in Our Stars,
The Twilight Saga,The House of Night series at least the first six books, then it go boring, Looking for Alaska, A tale of two cities, The Picture of Dorian Gray, The Maze Runner and many more…You?”
"Oh, I love John Green! House of Night did get boring didn’t it. Oh gosh I’ve read loads well all the ones you mentioned, a lot of the classics ooh the Radleys, My Love lies Bleeding series, The Handmaid’s Tale, Wolf Hall, Great Expectations. Tons.”
“I was trying to get to sleep …. unsuccessfully.”
“Oh, I’ll leave you to it. I thought you would have been awake but I don’t want to keep you up.”
“It’s okay ..;. just you. Just give me a second, you can crash on my bed if you want to.”
Klaire smiled “Thanks, I’ll just…” She walked out of the bathroom but just stood there a little awkwardly waiting for the vampire to emerge.
Still, I guess I don’t have enough survival sense.
Thank God, finally someone who’s immortal and not too old to count. I still am 18. Enjoying looking like my age.
Tell me about it.
I know right? Most of the warlocks I’ve met have lived a while.
Matt groaned rolling to side, still feeling half asleep. “Five more minutes … please.”
“Sorry Matt I didn’t realise you weren’t asleep”
—You know I can sense you from all the way over here.
I know, I wasn’t hiding I just didn’t want to bother you
